In 1999, Water-based ink has been recommended as an environmental protective product by the Green Packaging Branch of Chinese Society for Environmental Science..
We, Chang Da Chemicals And Inks Factory Ltd, have put in full effort on the Water-based Ink researches with our collective scientific research, exploitation, and production. As the most advanced technology for environmental protective printing material in the printing business, there will be no solvent added during the production. Water-based Ink printing is suitable for foods, drugs, cigarette, alcohol, and toys packaging.
Characteristic 1. Environmental protective - Solvent is not needed for the production. Only pure water will be added in when using the CV Water-based Ink. - Production with CV Water-based Ink is harmless to environment and health. i. No toxin ii. Odorless iii. Inflammable - There will be no toxin and solvent remain on the final products. Hence, it¡¯s accorded with the standard of the worldwide food packaging sanitation. 2. Lower cost - Water-based Ink printing provides the same effect with the usual concave plate printing. Water-based Ink will consume 50% lesser ink than usual concave printing. For instance, Water-based Ink printing plate depth is within 15¦Ì ¨C 25¦Ì, while usual concave plate printing plate depth is within 25¦Ì¨C 40¦Ì.
Instruction: 1. Printing rules: shallow printing plate, Hot airing 2. Printed material - BOPP . PE.PET.CPP. etc 3. Caution - Water-based Ink is not volatilization dry style. - The dried ink is not soluble by water. So, the printing plate must be cleaned up immediately after using. - The stickiness of ink must be well regulated before the printing started. Water cannot be added during the production in order not to increase the waste percentage. - The surface of the Water-based Ink material is glossy, with good strength and take grind. Within PH 7 - 8, no solvent is needed, as there will be no changes of stickiness during the printing process. - The production only comprises water-soluble acrylic resin, dye and polyethylene wax.
